  •          The Foundation Center, http://www.fdncenter.org is a large subscription database of US grant-making foundations, including corporate foundations and private foundations.  It is very useful and the basic level is affordable.
  • Don Griesmann's Grant Opportunities, http://charitychannel.com/ .  Regularly updated resource for a range of grant makers.  Up-to-date, rigorous and reliable.
  • Grantstation, http://www.Grantstation.com is a subscription database  that attempts to provide a large database of grantors that has been sorted  and edited for viability, deadlines, guidelines and subject matter parameters.
  •         iWave Information Systems, http://www.iWave.com is a subscription database used by prospect researchers and others to find non-profits that are working in similar areas as their client's.  A good source of information on potential parternships as well as financial grantors.
  •        Noza, https://www.nozasearch.com is a subscription database that collects data about giving.  It is often used by prospect researchers to discover individual giving data for use in fundraising.  A good resource for locating small  grantors.
  •       The Big Database, aka Big Online, aka FoundationSearch,  http://www.bigdatabase.com/ is a grantor database that combines the best features of many other grants databases.
